MOCA success spurs gallery openings Trend-setting GALLERY OPENS IN NORTH MIAMI
Art Dealer Amy Alonso was one of the first to identify and participate in Wynwood arts scene. Now, she’s moved her gallery –- Fache Arts + Amy Alonso Gallery -- to a new hot spot: North Miami also known as NOMI.
“I feel that North Miami is the next big thing,” explains Alonso. “The Museum of Contemporary Art (MOCA) is a serious museum that’s bringing exciting and thought provoking exhibits to South Florida. It’s only natural that galleries and up and coming artists follow their lead and set up shop in North Miami.”
Once located in Wynwood, Fache Arts + Amy Alonso Gallery is now on the MOCA Plaza at 750 NE 124 Street Suite 2 – just steps from the museum.
