Carla Fache, Calanchini, Matta, Nitti and Jarmillo will be featured in

Fache Arts Gallery for the Art Miami 2005 exhibition in Wynwood

Art Miami enters its 15th year providing locals and international collectors with the most prestigious and highly acclaimed artwork our picturesque city can offer.  With Miami serving as the gateway to the Americas
, many artists have transformed their heralded work from domesticated to an International occurrence.  Their country of origin no longer serves as their center for exposure, but as a landscape of influence.

Among those artists, Fache Arts’ own Carla Fache, whose notoriety has crossed boundaries and genres, will be highlighted in one of the most anticipated shows this year’s Art Miami has to offer.  She is a modern art expressionist; her breathtaking use of colors to portray passion and emotion is the symbolism of our everyday sentiments, which we find particularly difficult to express.  Carla Fache’s work will be in Booth 626 represented by Solange Rabello Art Gallery in Art Miami 2005.

At Fache Arts opening reception Saturday January 8th , there will be numerous artists exhibiting their favorite and most acclaimed pieces.  Ricardo Calanchini, an Argentinean artist of significant acclaim, has participated in International shows across the world, and his work was chosen to be the official poster of the 2002 Hispanic Heritage Festival in Miami.  Guillermo Matta is a Chilean artist, who incorporates expressive color to create abstract geometric forms poised between the stasis and motion, the architectural, and the hard-cutting edge.  Fabia Nitti, Venezuelan sculptor & architect expresses her quest for life in simple geometric shapes with complex questions surrounding them. One of her sculptures, “The Square,” transforms the artist into a superimposed sequence based on real life, due to the perfection of the square’s shape. Day to day life experiences are shown to form episodes of life.  Lastly, Willie Jaramillo, a talented photographer, creates art by integrating the fascinating complexities of both human emotion and glass.  Jaramillo strives to capture images that express the doubts, shadows and dark zones that are difficult to identify or define.

The opening reception for Art Miami 2005 will take place on January 8th   from 7 PM to Midnight at Fache Arts Gallery, 2300 North Miami Avenue, and will showcase the above mentioned artists. The exhibition will runs till Jan 28, 2005
