September 8, 2003 CARLA FACHE & AMY ALONSO THE RESULT IS: “ART FUSION” Cerveza Polar (Polar Beer) and Creativas Group cordially invites you to the opening of the most fabulous addition to Miami’s Design District: Art Fusion Gallery.” The gallery opens its doors to the local public Saturday October 4th, from 7-11pm. The event will take place in the gallery and will also include live entertainment. The gallery opening promises to be like no other, complete with giveaways, live music, Champagne and hors d’ oeuvres. The gallery is the brainchild of local Chilean artist Carla Fache, Pandora Events proprietor Amy Alonso Carla Fache has been painting since the age of four. Her drawings always a reflection of her emotions and personal experiences with the use of her favorite color: “red.” Surrealist art and the comics lured her into the art world, preparing her to discover her artistic niche in abstract modern art. Her mission is to allow the spectator to tap into his or her own imagination and exercise freedom of thought. Fache, who has exhibited all over South Florida, has been featured in local publications as an up-and-coming artist to watch.
